Road Trip

Took a trip to Southern Utah to visit my adorable great grandma who just turned 93. Then R and I took the scenic route through Zions and went to St. George and met up with my best friends Clint and Rebecca for some yummy sushi...Long day but a lot of fun. Ali came along and she was great too. I see a lot of road trips in the future for Ali and I!

Hey Good Lookin' Whatcha Got Cookin'

This past week R and I have been displaying our culinary skills. We made tomato soup and fancy grilled cheese one night and then he made dutch oven potatoes and ribs the next day!

Laney's Birthday

Laney had her 12th birthday yesterday. I made he a delicious chocolate strawberry cake and she got spoiled rotten! Her birthday weekend is still in effect though she has a big party with her friends this afternoon.

Cookie Monster

Laney has taken on a "media free" assignment in school so I spent most of my Saturday helping he come up with ways to entertain herself. We shopped and such and then decided to make sugar cookies. Oh and R helped too!

Beauty Night

Poor Amanda has to be the Beatty family personal stylist! WE LOVE HER! She pampered Mirissa and I last night! Oh and of course Ali chewing on her bone.
